About the Role Tech Mahindra is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst in Denver, US to support telecom domain projects. The role focuses on analyzing standards and procedures for batch and real-time processes, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
What You'll Do
- Analyze standards and procedures for batch and real-time processes.
- Manage databases using Oracle and SQL Server; write SQL queries as needed.
- Work in an Agile environment with User Stories, Use Cases, UAT, product sprint and backlog management.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
- Leverage knowledge of telecom products to inform requirements and solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (minimum entry requirement).
- Total experience 5-10 years; Business Analyst experience 4-6 years.
- Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Server; ability to write SQL queries.
- Experience with Agile development methodology including User Stories, Use Cases, UAT, sprints and backlog management.
- Jira and Confluence experience preferred.
- Knowledge of telecom products/domain.
Nice to Have
- Jira/Confluence experience.
