About the Role The Sr Biopharmaceutical Rep for Prolia in Beijing is responsible for planning and executing hospital promotion plans in collaboration with the line manager and marketing team; building credibility with medical practitioners and pharmacists to influence Amgen product prescriptions; and managing hospital projects, data analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining compliance.
What You'll Do
- Propose, review, design and implement hospital promotion plans in collaboration with line manager and marketing colleagues.
- Build strong relationships with medical practitioners and pharmacists to influence prescription of Amgen products.
- Follow up projects in key hospitals.
- Align with line manager to set objectives and maximize promotional performance.
- Collect and analyze data on time based on business requirements.
- Set up budget plans and execute according to company policy to ensure efficient resource use.
- Work closely with team members to share resources and improve promotional outcomes.
- Act as a product and medical information expert within the team and ensure compliance with company policies.
