About the role
Join our team in Madrid and play a key role in leading automation, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across pricing operations for the M&C, B2B, and Fleet segments in the MED region. Working closely with Pricing, Sales, GIPP, and technical teams, you will help transform business challenges into scalable digital solutions, optimize pricing processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support commercial decision-making across MED and Europe.
What you will deliver
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation and process improvement opportunities across pricing operations.
- Support daily pricing activities and ensure core systems, tools, and processes remain effective, stable, and fit for business needs.
- Develop analytics products, dashboards, data pipelines, and decision-support solutions that help optimize pricing performance and business outcomes.
- Drive automation initiatives using Power Platform, Microsoft 365 applications, SAP automation, AI-enabled solutions, and related technologies.
- Contribute to the simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement of pricing practices across MED and Europe.
- Support and enhance key pricing systems including SAP, Polaris, ICPM, and PROS.
- Partner with Pricing, Sales, IT, and development teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Support GIPP initiatives and contribute to the successful delivery of business and automation projects.
- Leverage modern analytics and AI capabilities, including Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, Palantir, and Copilot technologies, to solve commercial and analytical challenges.
What you will need to be successful
- Knowledge of or strong interest in AI technologies, development tools, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, SQL, Python, data analytics, reporting solutions, or process automation tools.
- Ability to analyse complex business and market data and translate insights into practical recommendations and decision-support solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement attitude.
- A motivated, proactive, and self-starting approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and drive change.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Experience working collaboratively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps ways of working.
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French and/or Portuguese would be advantageous.
