About the Role As Sr Associate Supply Chain (Site Supply Chain Planner) at Amgen Breda, you will ensure a feasible, stable short-term supply plan by managing production order schedules and capacity planning. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QA, Warehouse and regional teams to align materials and capacity for on-time execution and support product launches and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Maintain a feasible, efficient short-term production schedule and capacity outlook
- Own and coordinate lines for feasibility and efficiency, ensuring supply
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment for production plans and ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide planning support for product launches and short-term improvement projects
- Own KPI reporting and deliver analysis-driven recommendations
- Facilitate the daily SQDIP meeting and weekly capacity meetings; supervise scrap activities and follow up on flowstoppers
- Collaborate with regional teams to safeguard market supply and act promptly on deviations
- Support operational excellence initiatives with weekly and monthly analyses and propose improvements based on KPI performance What We're Looking For
