About the Role The Sr. Associate Supply Chain, Planning & Analytics supports global supply chain planning processes through data analysis, reporting, planning system maintenance, and business insights generation. This role partners with Network Planning, Site Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and planning process effectiveness across the network. What You'll Do
- Analyze supply, demand, inventory, and planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting network planning activities with reporting and scenario analysis.
- Monitor inventory performance, material availability, and the health of the supply chain, developing analyses for inventory optimization, safety stock management, and continuity.
- Develop, maintain, and automate planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs; support executive-level reporting packages and business reviews; generate ad hoc analyses.
- Maintain planning master data and system parameters within SAP, RapidResponse, and related planning tools; support data governance, validation, and integration across planning systems.
- Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate impacts of demand, supply, inventory, and capacity changes; support recovery planning and risk mitigation; provide analytical support for planning decisions and governance forums.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network. What We're Looking For
- Experience in supply chain planning analytics, data analysis, and reporting; ability to translate data into actionable insights for forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and risk management.
- Proficiency with planning systems and tools such as SAP and RapidResponse; familiarity with data governance, validation, and master data management.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to support scenario planning, decision support, and governance discussions.
- Ability to generate dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reports; capability to deliver ad hoc analyses and data-driven recommendations.
