About the Role In this vital role you will architect, design, and implement SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions (Order management, Billing, Invoice management, distribution and logistics) across Amgen's manufacturing and distribution sites. This role focuses on leveraging SAP technologies to streamline OTC processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. You will work closely with operations IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design, configure solutions, and provide post-implementation support.

What You'll Do

• Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes (Order management, billing, invoice management, distribution and logistics).
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD Advanced Intercompany (AIC) and other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, TM, ATTP, GTS, EAS, Vistex and EWM) as well as third-party systems.
• Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain critical documentation such as technical assessments, configuration specs, functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in ERP implementation projects as part of the cross-functional team, including blueprinting, gap analysis, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver and sustain Amgen's S/4HANA ecosystem utilizing SAFe.
• Develop innovative solutions that drive speed to value via AI/ML and leading practices.

What We're Looking For

• Educational qualifications: Doctorate or Master’s in computer science or STEM with 1-3 years SAP S/4 SD implementation experience OR Bachelor’s in computer science or STEM with 3-5 years OR Diploma with 7-9 years IT/SAP S/4 SD experience.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing sales advanced intercompany, delivery & billing document types and Item categories, pricing, ATP, output determination, text determination, credit management, with internal subcontracting and intra/inter company STOs.
• Strong understanding of Global Trader Service, distribution and logistics, and warehouse management.
• Ability to design and implement solutions based on business requirements, including debugging and root cause analysis.
• Experience creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and compliance reports; ability to test Function Modules and BAPIs; ABAP debugging.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Transportation management and ATTP.
• Experience integrating SAP S/4 SD with other SAP modules like Salesforce, Vistex, Model N and ATTP.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software delivery and process improvement.
• Business Partner setup including Partner group, role and relationship mapping.
• Knowledge in Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
• Knowledge in Master Data Governance tool (MDG).
• Good knowledge in Fiori Apps.
