Job title: Sr. Associate Information Systems - Network Operations
About the Role This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization's global network infrastructure. The position ensures high availability, performance, and security by configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, executing operational procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a sophisticated and evolving technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Network Infrastructure Operations and hands-on experience with LAN/WAN/Data Center/Load balancers, Cisco routing and switching, F5, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and must be onsite in Hyderabad.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure systems
- Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
- Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
- Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM systems
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
- Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
- Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Implement network security measures and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
What We're Looking For
- Education: Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, OR Diploma with 5+ years of experience in Network Operations
- Must-Have: CCNP certification (required); Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching (required); Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required); Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (required); Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and network security concepts
- Nice-to-Have: CCIE certification; SD-WAN experience; Automation/scripting (Python, Ansible); Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP); Network monitoring tools; ITIL; DevOps; Software-Defined Networking (SDN); Network orchestration platforms
- Certifications: CCNP mandatory; CCIE preferred; F5 Certified Administrator preferred; Infoblox certification preferred
Nice to Have
- CCIE, F5 Certified Administrator, Infoblox certification (preferred)
- Additional hands-on experience with SD-WAN, cloud networking, automation, and monitoring tools
