How will you fit in the big picture?

As Sr Assoc Mgr Digital Advocate, you will play a critical role in enabling Hershey's digital growth strategy by supporting the execution, governance, and optimization of marketing technology platforms and AI-powered business initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology, you will help ensure marketing systems, tools, data, and integrations operate effectively across Commerce, CRM, Content, and Media channels.

This role serves as a key liaison across the Growth Office, partnering with business owners, Information Services (IS), analytics teams, and external vendors to coordinate digital and AI initiatives. You will help drive operational excellence, advance marketing technology capabilities, and ensure scalable solutions that create business value across Hershey's marketing ecosystem.

What will you do?

  • Lead and coordinate digital, marketing technology, and AI initiatives across multiple functional teams, business stakeholders, IS partners, and external vendors.
  • Support execution and operationalization of the MarTech roadmap, providing insights on platform performance, emerging technologies, and innovation opportunities.
  • Lead complex analytics initiatives that span multiple business questions, functions, and data sources to support informed business decisions.
  • Design and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical frameworks that increase visibility into performance and improve decision-making.

Translate data into actionable business insights by identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Partner with business and analytics teams to align metrics, reporting standards, business rules, and measurement methodologies across initiatives.
  • Assist with platform evaluations, business case development, and documentation for new MarTech, AI, and digital technology investments.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to support system enhancements, integrations, releases, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support audience management, customer data, identity resolution, and activation processes across digital marketing platforms.
  • Maintain marketing technology documentation, workflows, governance standards, and operating procedures to enable scalable, compliant execution.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and platform partners, helping track utilization, performance, and business value realization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve analytics capabilities, reporting processes, technology adoption, and operational effectiveness across the organization.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Commerce, Marketing Operations, CRM, Marketing Analytics, or related fields. This aligns with the Senior Associate Manager level experience guideline.
  • Experience managing marketing platforms, campaign operations, data integrations, and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Industry knowledge of AI-enabled marketing technologies and MarTech solutions.
  • Proven project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with Information Services (IS) teams to implement, integrate, and optimize technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of modern MarTech architecture, customer data, audience management, tagging, APIs, and SaaS technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience working within consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or complex multi-brand environments preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Analytics, or a related field.

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

  • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,480 to $125,600 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
