Seeking an experienced IT/Sr Application Services Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize healthcare applications in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert for application analysis, design, implementation, and support, with a focus on Epic and related systems.

Responsibilities: Analyze business and clinical workflows to identify system improvements; Configure, support, and troubleshoot applications and interfaces; Test upgrades, enhancements, and system changes; Develop and maintain technical documentation; Collaborate with technical and operational teams to improve efficiency and patient care; Mentor junior analysts and support technology initiatives

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); 4+ years of application analysis, implementation, or support experience; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Epic and healthcare IT experience preferred; Epic certification required or obtainable within required timelines
