Overview and Responsibilities The Licensing Compliance Analyst will play a key role in supporting billing, collections, and royalty processing across European markets. This position manages several tasks. These tasks involve handling overdue invoices. You will reach out to customers. Other tasks include processing tax certificate workflows. You will also balance accounts receivable, allocate payments, and update account statuses. You will also manage write-offs and provide occasional customer training. Ideal candidates have experience in compliance or licensing. They should also have good analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel is required. Candidates must have great organizational and communication abilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review contracts for financial terms and compare to royalty statements, checking for compliance
- Trace financials through a contract’s life cycle to identify and tackle discrepancies
