Shell is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Retail Energy (also known internally as Sr. Analyst, Load and Gross Margin Analytics) to join its team in Houston, TX.Shell seeks a motivated professional with a strong interest in the retail energy sector to become part of the Load and Gross Profit Analytics team, which plays a key role in the origination and realization of gross profit.This role reports positions for each cost component and explains changes in gross profit from origination to realization through customer additions and attrition, load and contract changes, and position and price movements. It ensures that trading counterparties fulfill their contractual obligations and provides feedback on the effectiveness of hedges and risk premiums.
