About the Role Northern Trust is seeking a Sr Analyst in Investor Services (HFS) to support Hedge Fund Services. The role focuses on quality assurance of investor-related deliverables and ensuring timely, accurate reporting for clients and internal teams. The QA reviews the final products for trade confirms, capital activity, AML/KYC review, and related investor communications.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily reviews and execute controls before final deliverables are sent out.
- Complete daily reviews/tasks in a timely manner to meet deliverable timelines.
- Work effectively as a team member and also independently.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively, and follow through on projects under deadline pressure.
- Collaborate closely with the investor services representative to ensure seamless handoff for review of activity.
- Coordinate and identify breaks or discrepancies with the investor services team.
- Support review scope including trade confirms, capital activity (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers), contact updates, cash release emails, wire instruction updates, AML/KYC review.
