About this role
Position Overview
As a Sr. Advisor in Compliance Services, you will play a key role in safeguarding CarMax’s operational integrity and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will support risk management and compliance program activities related to operational regulatory compliance with federal and state laws, industry frameworks, and internal policies. You will develop critical relationships with risk owners and legal team members at all levels of the organization. You will develop process and requirement subject matter expertise for some of CarMax Auto Finance (CAF) and CarMax’s highest risk areas. From this knowledge, you will successfully advise on complex process and control design, become a trusted advisor to business leaders, and guide through change by operationalizing regulatory requirements into controls.
