About the Role As a Sr. Account Manager at Solventum, you will help drive revenue by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or a designated territory, developing sales strategies and plans, and coordinating marketing activities to meet monthly and annual targets.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for sales activities, market development, and customer service in assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales targets for target customers in line with company strategy.
- Coordinate efforts of product marketing and promotion activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate sales plans, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for territory coverage and coordinate other sales-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with medical degrees and more than two years of medical/pharma sales experience.
- Strong learning agility, selling skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure, problem-solving mindset, and strong teamwork.
- Optimistic, hardworking, and innovative with creative thinking preferred.
- Strong ownership and accountability, high integrity, and customer service mindset.
- Must be able to work remotely with travel up to 35% domestically.
