About the Role Sr. Account Manager - Ningbo, Dental Solutions is a field-based sales role responsible for sales coverage, market development and exceptional customer service in the assigned territory to enable Solventum's dental solutions to reach healthcare professionals and patients.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for sales activities, market development, and customer service in assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales targets for target customers in line with company strategy.
- Coordinate efforts of product marketing and promotion activities to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
- Formulate sales plan, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for territory coverage, communications, and coordinate other sales-related activities.
- Travel up to 35% domestically as needed.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with medical degrees and more than two years of medical/pharma sales experience.
- Strong learning agility, selling skills, can work independently with minimum supervision.

- Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically; legally authorized to work in China without visa sponsorship.
