About The Teams
We are looking for a new colleague as the Team Leader of Supplier Management for Heat Treatment & Gears, Bering, Steel & Forging Process Technologies for our business Wind Power, at our location of Tianjin, China.
What you can look forward to as SQA Team Leader:
- Ensure, in conjunction with other areas such as Program Purchasing, Quality, Commodity Purchasing the adequate quality of the products and services delivered by the external suppliers.
- Lead a team of local supplier quality engineers to ensure full support to the business needs while fostering team cooperation and ZF and customer quality and EHS requirements. Local Suppliers Management. like: Monitor and report on plant level the supplier quality performance and supplier readiness activities. Ensure on plant level adherence to supplier quality performance targets and supplier readiness planning. Supervise the daily operations of the local Supplier Management dept. including supplier readiness activities (risk assessments, technical reviews, APQP, safe launch), complaint handling incl. cost recovery, SDR handling, supplier auditing
