About the Role
Under general supervision, you will contribute to the proficient set-ups of Spray Booth machines and support production in the AIC division. The role involves preparing parts, applying paint to fasteners, troubleshooting issues, and assisting training of new operators while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
What You'll Do
- Set up Spray Booth machines and prepare parts for point-dye operation
- Puts parts in trays for point-dye operation and apply paint to the points of fasteners on trays
- Troubleshoot issues and find resolutions to keep production moving
- Assist and train new operators effectively
- Adhere to all AIC company policies
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area following safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Spray Booth equipment or similar coating/paint processes is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues
- Strong communication and willingness to assist/train new operators
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
- Ability to perform various duties as assigned
