Job title: Spray Booth Operator
About the Role As a Spray Booth Operator within Precision Castparts' AIC division, you will set up and operate spray booth equipment to apply paint to fasteners. Under general supervision, you will prepare parts, apply coatings, troubleshoot issues, and train new operators while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
What You'll Do
- Set up spray booth machines for coating operations and prepare parts for dye/paint process.
- Place parts in trays and apply paint to fasteners as specified.
- Troubleshoot issues and find resolutions to maintain production flow.
- Assist and train new operators.
- Adhere to all AIC company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area per safety standards.
