About the Role
Full-time SPQD Engineer in Saint-Bruno to lead supplier quality and process development, ensuring supplier product and process developments meet contract and quality requirements for purchased parts. Collaborate with engineering, procurement and project management to monitor supplier development and coordinate inspections and non-conformity resolution. What You'll Do
- Lead supplier quality activities for designated commodities across projects
- Define and deploy the Part Approval Process and SPQD cycle
- Conduct supplier risk assessments and ensure compliance before “Go Order”
- Make Go/No-Go decisions for production and FAI milestones
- Track supplier deliverables via the Supplier Quality Portal (SQP)
- Drive suppliers to meet FAI Go On Time targets and escalate issues when needed
- Evaluate supplier maturity, including FMEA, control plans, and work instructions
