Job title: Spouts Controlling Lead
About the Role Finance Controlling Lead for Spouts at SIG, based at the Neuhausen plant in Switzerland. You will partner with plant management to provide financial insights, drive cost awareness, and lead all reporting for the entity.
What You'll Do
- Act as a finance business partner to the plant management team (Neuhausen, Switzerland), providing strategic financial insights and participating in decision-making.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the team and content lead; oversee all reporting for the entity (month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, statutory requirements, and ad-hoc requests).
- Calculate, analyze and track spout prices and their drivers (material cost, manufacturing cost, etc.) for the product portfolio; manage leasing contracts for spout lines.
- Support local improvement initiatives for the plant; keep cost awareness high; track local and global production KPIs; manage local and global inventory (spare parts, stock counts).
- Lead the plant Finance Pillar in continuous improvement programs; participate in projects affecting the plant; manage local CAPEX requests (plant equipment).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in finance; further education in controlling.
- 5-10 years' experience in controlling.
- Intermediate knowledge in SAP modules CO, FI, MM.
- IFRS accounting knowledge.
- Strong Excel (intermediate level) and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent in English; German (basic knowledge) is a plus.
- SIG competencies: results-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, adaptable and able to build partnerships.

- German language basic knowledge is a plus.
