Sports Medicine Physician Elkton MD Urgently Hiring 2–4 Days/Week | No Call | No Weekends We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Sports Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary medical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a flexible schedule, supportive clinical environment, and strong work-life balance. The physician will work 1-2 days per week in Elkton, MD with the potential to work additional 2 days per week in Wilmington DE if seeking additional hours. If working both locations, candidates must be licensed to practice in both Delaware and Maryland.
What You'll Do
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries and related conditions
- Order and review diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete return-to-work evaluations as appropriate
- Refer patients for therapy or specialist care when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff
Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Sports Medicine

Active Delaware and/or Maryland medical licenses required (Depending on locations worked)

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Schedule

1-2 days/week Elkton, MD with potential additional 2 days/week – Wilmington, DE
