- Present Eventhive's sponsorship, exhibition and partnership opportunities to prospective clients.
- Understand each prospect's business objectives and recommend appropriate event opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals and sponsorship packages in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations and negotiations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

- Meet or exceed agreed sponsorship revenue targets.
Account Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Understand client expectations and ensure commitments are clearly communicated to internal teams.
- Work with the operations and marketing teams to ensure sponsors receive agreed deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships across Eventhive's wider event portfolio.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, proposals, negotiations and closed deals.
- Keep the CRM or sales tracker updated.
- Provide regular pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Track conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve the sales process.
- Monitor competitor events, sponsorship offerings and market trends.

- Attend Eventhive events and industry gatherings to meet prospective clients and strengthen relationships.
- Build a strong understanding of the industries covered by Eventhive's event portfolio.
- Stay informed about companies entering new markets, launching products, raising capital or expanding their commercial activities.
- Identify businesses that could benefit from Eventhive's audiences, thought-leadership platforms, exhibitions and media opportunities.
Requirements

- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Commercially aware and able to understand a client's business objectives.
- Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline-management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets and other sales tools.
- Experience selling sponsorships, advertising, media, exhibitions, events or professional services is an advantage.
