A well-established healthcare system in Albany, Georgia is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to help build and grow a new spine surgery service line.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established spine surgeon looking to focus on elective spine surgery with no call responsibilities, dedicated clinical support, and significant earning potential.

Position Highlights

• $900,000 base salary
• Sign-on bonus
• Additional RVU/productivity bonus potential
• No call
• Focus on elective spine surgery
• Opportunity to help build and shape a growing spine program
• Dedicated APP support for OR first assist and clinic follow-up
• Orthopedic trauma covered by an established trauma team
• Stryker is the primary vendor; experience with Stryker systems preferred
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $7,000 CME allowance
• 27 days PTO, including holidays

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery

• Fellowship trained in Spine Surgery

• 5+ years of post-fellowship experience preferred

• Eligible for Georgia medical licensure

• Comfortable performing a broad range of elective spine procedures

• This opportunity is intended for an experienced surgeon and is not open to candidates directly out of fellowship
