Spend Management Senior Manager - Kyriba Consultant

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Certified Kyriba Consultant to join Huron. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kyriba’s Treasury Management System (TMS) and certifications in key Kyriba modules, including Cash Management, Payments, Connectivity, and Deal Capture. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to help clients optimize treasury operations and improve liquidity management by leveraging Kyriba.

What You'll Do

• Lead or serve as a functional lead/technical specialist implementing Kyriba across TMS modules (Cash Management, Payments, Connectivity, Deal Capture).
• Deliver end-to-end Kyriba implementation projects, including TMS, Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize treasury operations and improve liquidity management.
• Provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client challenges.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop others; grow the Kyriba practice.
• Travel up to 15-25% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist implementing Kyriba.
• 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in TMS, Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management.
• Experience with coaching and leadership; ability to develop and grow others.
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on client challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 15-25%.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Kyriba modules: Cash Management, Payments, Connectivity, and Deal Capture.
• Experience with Data Management solutions.
• Prior experience in Kyriba-related practice growth or leadership roles.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $165,000 - $190,000; total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $198,000 - $228,000.
