Job title: Speech Therapist
About the Role VNA Health Group seeks a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to service in-home and community-based settings across Essex and Hudson Counties. You will work with physicians and care teams to assess, plan, and deliver individualized speech and language therapy to patients in their homes or community locations, aiming to improve outcomes and quality of life. What You'll Do
- Assess and evaluate patients for speech and language therapy needs
- Develop and implement appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Provide in-home speech therapy services to support recovery and communication outcomes
- Document patient progress and update care plans as necessary
- Identify patient and family education needs and implement effective teaching strategies
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate care delivery in accordance with agency protocols What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current NJ license and CCC-SLP certification
- 2-3 years of clinical experience; community-based experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 84,000 - 112,000 per year
