About the Role The VNA of Manchester and Southern New Hampshire seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide professional services to clients/patients of all ages in home health settings. The role involves assessing needs, planning and implementing individualized treatment programs, and collaborating with families and care teams to support recovery and quality of life. What You'll Do

  • Assess patients and environment appropriately.
  • Plan and implement care appropriately.
  • Evaluate and update the appropriateness of care plans and physicians’ orders.
  • Communicate appropriate information to patients, peers, managers, physicians, departments, and other agencies involved.
  • Integrate problem-solving methodology and quality improvement in resolving problems related to patient care and organizational processes.
  • Explain insurance and costs of care appropriately to patients/significant others. What We're Looking For
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent in the field of speech/language pathology.
  • Experience: Equivalent of one year in a staff Speech-Language Pathologist position in a relevant work setting.
  • Certification/Licensure: Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; Licensed by the Board of Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Other: Valid Driver’s License to travel throughout southern New Hampshire for home health care; Proof of automobile insurance; Motor vehicle background check will be conducted. Compensation & Benefits
