Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Clinical Fellow (CFY)
Las Colinas Post Acute – Ontario, CA Schedule: Full-Time or Per Diem Pay Range: $48–$52 per hour, based on experience and employment status
About the Role
Las Colinas Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our rehabilitation team.
Whether you’re an experienced SLP or beginning your career as a Clinical Fellow, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy services to residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using NetHealth and PointClickCare
- Educate residents, families, and care teams as appropriate
- CFYs are welcome to apply. Supportive supervision will be provided to help you successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship experience.
Qualifications

Valid California SLP license or eligibility to practice as a Clinical Fellow

CPR certification

Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
