About the Role This position plans and implements advanced, individualized treatment programs for high-acuity and medically complex patients, delivering care independently in line with Logan Health policies. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement advanced, individualized treatment plans for medically complex patients across physical, cognitive, and communication domains.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and utilize instrumental assessments and specialty techniques (based on certification and experience).
- Monitor progress, adjust care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.
- Serve as a mentor and clinical resource; lead interdisciplinary care coordination for complex cases.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation compliant with regulatory and payer requirements. What We're Looking For
- Current Montana Speech Language Pathology license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Advanced certification in one of the following: BCS, SFE, ESM, MBS, PVF, SS.
- Proven ability to independently manage high-acuity and medically complex cases.
- BLS (RQI Provider) within 7 days of hire.
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking; excellent communication and teamwork. Nice to Have
