Aufgaben

Du beantwortest im Second-Level-Support Anfragen unserer Anwender:innen und Interessent:innen kompetent und lösungsorientiert.
Du testest neue Funktionen und Anpassungen anhand praxisnaher Test- und Anwendungsszenarien.
Du kümmerst dich um die Konfiguration von Schnittstellen.
Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen technisch bei der Nutzung von Scope und hilfst bei der Analyse und Behebung von Problemen.
