About the Role Zurich Canada is seeking specialists in personal auto claims to join our teams in Waterloo and Montréal. Reporting to the Personal Auto Claims Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and support a compassionate, value-driven claims experience. What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding personal auto claims
- Support the Personal Auto Claims Manager in day-to-day claim handling and coordination
- Contribute to end-to-end claims investigations and resolution with internal teams
- Maintain clear, timely communication and a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Zurich's values in a respectful, collaborative environment What We're Looking For
