- Address and manage a broad range of safety-related concerns for the Airbnb community in Canada, including discrimination, threats to personal safety, and domestic violence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and improve safety policies and incident responses.
- Provide support and guidance to hosts, guests, and local stakeholders to improve safety outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Talent and experience in safety, risk assessment, incident response, and community protection (Canada-focused).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate sensitive safety issues with discretion and empathy.
