About this role
General Description Responsible for the proper installation, use, and application of equipment utilized in the plant, with a continuous focus on quality, safety, cost, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment.
- Establish maintenance frequencies/schedules
- Provide direct support in equipment selection, installation, and startup/commissioning.
- Develop technical training programs for building maintenance personnel.
- Continuously monitor and supervise critical equipment.
- Perform failure analysis and diagnose problems.
- Implement automation projects.
- Analyze performance indicator reports, including:
- Downtime
- Preventive maintenance
- Corrective maintenance
- Equipment failures
- Costs
- Support other service departments in failure analysis.
