Job title: Specialist Technician Quality Laboratory
About the Role LEONI seeks a Specialist Technician Quality Laboratory to support calibration, maintenance and testing activities in the Zaghouan lab. The role ensures adherence to lab KPIs, coordinates with internal teams and external service providers, and contributes to cost-effective calibration and laboratory operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist in developing country and internal laboratory work instructions
- Register new equipment
- Monitor calibration frequencies
- Periodically check equipment condition
- Execute calibration internally and coordinate with external service providers
- Perform maintenance for lab equipment, internally or via external service providers or equipment suppliers
- Support laboratory-related reporting
- Ensure compliance with lab KPIs
- Verify calibration documents from external providers and check them for approval and requalification
- Perform laboratory tests
- Evaluate results according to customer specifications and LEONI standards
- Inform superiors and relevant teams in case of negative results
- Evaluate requalification tests of production equipment
- Optimize all calibration activities to the lowest possible costs
- Identify potentially affected material in case of defect
