- Fluent in English
- Ideally tech savvy, with a strong desire to learn.
- A passion for developing strong relationships with supplier and cross functional stakeholders.

3 years of procurement experience, with good stakeholder interaction skills Would be a great stepping stone for a high quality Procurement Operations Associate
- Strong skill on Power BI and data analysis
What will be your key responsibilities?
1.Provide sourcing activities from S2P process:
-
Contracting to be aligned to category strategies managed by category team.

Provide the first line of escalation on issues between suppliers and the business

Conduct negotiations and supplier relationship management for in scoped categories and spend thresholds for requisitions.

Secures price, capacity & service levels in line with commitments to the business.

Ensures effective risk management of the supply base, through robust contracts and monitoring of financial and other KPls, implement corrective actions as appropriate.

Establishes & maintains relationships with key stakeholders and their teams to ensure understanding of their needs and to facilitate the appropriate level of challenge.

Complies with policies, systems & controls.

Collaborate with business stakeholders on defining business requirements to be incorporated into SOWs. 3.Participate in providing continuous improvement:

Provide insights to category team regarding supplier performance and opportunities within ad hoc purchasing trends

Collaborate with MCS S2P managers, content team and category managers to develop optimal buying channels to transact with supply base

Identify system process improvements with systems and process for FE assessment
