About the Role As a Specialist SAP Architect at Amgen, you will design and implement SAP security solutions to support global ERP operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams as part of Amgen's ERP Security team to build and maintain secure SAP environments. What You'll Do
- Design, build, test, and deploy SAP security roles and authorizations in collaboration with business and project teams.
- Partner with functional and technical architects to embed security into solution designs.
- Support user provisioning, emergency access, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Support SAP deployments, upgrades, and production support.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting of access issues in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
- Maintain compliance with Amgen security policies across SAP systems.
- Aid in creating, documenting, and communicating ERP security strategy and policies.
- Investigate new solutions to fulfill present and future SAP security needs.
- Regularly conduct SAP Security Audits and support compliance requests.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve security-related queries.
- Provide support for SAP License Audits.
- Collaborate with the GERP compliance team.
- Assist in SAP GRC Access Control suite (provisioning, segregation of duties, emergency access, role management).
- Automate SAP security processes using available technologies. What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting access issues in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
- Design and implement SAP security solutions and integrate security into solution designs.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, user provisioning, segregation of duties, emergency access, and role management.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including TM functional and technical architects.
- Familiarity with ERP security strategy, policies, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills across SAP and business teams. Nice to Have
- Experience automating SAP security processes using available technologies.
