Job title: Specialist Sampling Audit
About the Role Responsible for conducting product audits in pre-production phases, verifying initial sample conformity, and managing release documentation while ensuring compliance with the integrated management system and customer requirements.
What You'll Do
- Perform planned product audits (components, semi-finished and finished goods) during A-, B-, C-, D-, and pre-production phases
- Follow up corrective actions for non-conformities through QRQC activities in the plant, led by Industrial Engineering
- Verify dimensional and functional conformity of initial samples
- Approve PPAP/ISIR (EMPB) of the initial sample and register release on the customer portal if applicable
- Ensure compliance with integrated management systems, legal and regulatory requirements
- Check that products, processes, equipment, tooling and documentation are updated for each technical change
- Approve product and production processes according to customer requirements and internal procedures
- Ensure all statistical data (SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK, etc.) are available during samples and pre-production phases
- Maintain quality control according to customer requirements and internal procedures during samples and pre-production phases
- Maintain the customer technical documents (drawings, drawing complements, technical changes)
- Ensure implementation of continuous improvement actions for quality management processes, procedures, policies, activities and reports
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements within the relevant area
- Authorized to stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes and products
What We're Looking For
- University degree
- 1 year of experience as a production inspector
- Local language proficiency at C2 and English at A1
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of PPAP/ISIR, QRQC, SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK
- Experience coordinating with Industrial Engineering and cross-functional teams
