About the opportunity

Join QIAGEN's Quality Control team and contribute to ensuring the highest quality standards for products used in molecular testing and life sciences. In this role, you will perform analytical testing, support validation activities, and help implement and qualify new quality control methods. You will work in a dynamic environment where adaptability, proactive communication, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Your tasks include

• Perform analytical testing independently in accordance with approved analytical methods and quality standards.
• Conduct analyses of samples collected during manufacturing processes to support in-process quality control activities.
• Prepare buffers, reagents, laboratory materials, and other resources required for routine testing.
• Create, update, and maintain quality control documentation, including SOPs, Control Cards, Validation Plans, and related records.
• Support the implementation, qualification, and optimization of new quality control methods and laboratory processes.
• Participate in validation activities and cross-functional projects involving internal and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively communicate laboratory, material, equipment, or process-related needs.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biology, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Quality Control, Laboratory or related scientific environment.
• Experience supporting or participating in validation activities.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage changing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, confidence in raising concerns, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, SDS-PAGE, or electrophoresis.
• Experience with HPLC would be considered a strong asset.
• Fluent Polish and English at minimum B2 level.
