About the Role Support the LEONI Production Facility by implementing the LEONI Operating System, configuring production equipment for product changes and new introductions, and documenting local machine operating procedures. You will coach the Production Maintenance team, help solve critical equipment issues, and drive improvements in downtime and setup efficiency. What You'll Do
- Implement LEONI Operating System in the Production Facility
- Establish parameters for production equipment during product changes and new introductions
- Establish and document local work instructions for machine operation
- Coach and train Production Maintenance on Equipment Maintenance
- Support Production Maintenance to solve critical/rare equipment problems and manage unplanned downtime and lessons learned to improve downtime at country level
- Coordinate and perform activities for the order and commissioning of production equipment in collaboration with other departments
- Drive improvement initiatives regarding setup time, scrap, rework, etc.
- Provide input for maintenance plan creation
- Manage equipment including receiving, installation guideline/WI, lead/coordination equipment release, Finished Goods booking in system and tracking
- Define spare parts stock levels for all equipment and applicators What We're Looking For
- University degree (Field of Study: Technical/Scientific)
- Experience: 1 year of experience is appreciated
- Language: French & English
- IT: Microsoft Office
