Specialist Production Engineering

About the Role Leoni is seeking a Specialist Production Engineering to design and implement production processes for assembly lines (S-E-SE), optimize production flows to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement. The role involves supporting production teams, validating new equipment and processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards at our Bouznika site.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement production processes for assembly lines (S-E-SE).
• Optimize production flows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze existing processes and propose continuous improvement solutions.
• Provide technical support to production teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Participate in testing and validation of new equipment and processes.
• Track technical changes and ensure their compliance.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify non-conformities, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain technical documents related to production processes (procedures, work instructions, control plans).
• Ensure reporting of process performance indicators.
• Train operators and technicians on new processes and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and propose improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bac+2/+5 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in French and English.
