Job title: Specialist Production Controlling (Global)

About the Role

Specialist Production Controlling (Global) supports the Head of Global Business Controlling and Manager Global Production Controlling during budget, forecast and actual cycles as well as month-end closing, and helps organize internal packaging production related controlling processes and functional reporting. You will plan, budget, forecast and consolidate monthly results of global production KPIs and contribute to reporting, and you will support the development, standardization and maintenance of production related reporting and controlling tools and systems. You will also assist in ad hoc analyses and business projects. A strong understanding of production facilities, production and supply chain processes, products and technologies is essential, and you should know the main production KPIs and their implications for the Group results.

What You'll Do

• Support budget, forecast and actual cycles and month-end closing with data analysis and reporting
• Organize and coordinate internal packaging production controlling processes and functional reporting
• Plan, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation of monthly results of global production KPIs, including reporting
• Develop, standardize and maintain production related reporting and controlling tools and systems
• Support Head of Global Production in ad hoc analyses and business projects
• Demonstrate understanding of production facilities and supply chain processes, products and technologies; know main production KPIs and implications for the Group results

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance (Master's degree a plus)
• Excellent skills in SAP modules (CO, MM, FI, etc.)
• General knowledge of Cognos, TM1, QlikView is a plus
• Fluency in English (German a plus)
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration and reporting capabilities
