Job title: Specialist-Product Certification Execution
What you can look forward as Specialist-Product Certification Execution: Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and suppliers to support product certification and compliance activities. Collect, review, and extract certification data, ensuring accurate and timely database updates. Maintain certification records and documentation within designated tools and systems. Prepare and update monthly compliance and certification status reports. Monitor certificate validity and renewal schedules, ensuring all certifications remain current and compliant. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and turnaround times. Ensure adherence to compliance tools, processes, and documentation standards. Support cost optimization and delivery time reduction through effective certification and data management.
Your profile as Specialist-Product Certification Execution: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in automotive, marine, aerospace, or related industries. Experience in product certification, homologation, compliance documentation, and regulatory standards (ECE, SASO, CCC, BIS, etc.). Ability to analyze technical certificates, test reports, and engineering documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), Power BI, databases, ERP systems, SAP, and PLM tools. Strong data management, reporting, and process improvement capabilities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and supplier coordination skills. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional global teams.
