About the Role LEONI is seeking a Specialist Material Flow Planning to define and implement standard material flow processes and KPIs across Raw Material, Semi-Finished Goods and Finished Goods warehouses. The role focuses on Kanban optimization, warehouse layout, and lean material flow to support efficient automotive supply chains within Zaghouan operations. What You'll Do
- Define and implement the standard Material Flow processes and KPIs in Raw Material / Semi-Finished Goods / Finished Goods warehouses.
- Calculate optimized Kanban quantities by considering production/customer demand, supplier box quantity, replenishment time, delivery routes, ABC XYZ parameters, and more.
- Define the appropriate type of Kanban boxes to be used for each material by considering defined Kanban quantity, material weight, volume and other storage requirements.
- Define and optimize the layout and space requirements for storage racks in warehouses: ergonomic storage locations and proper storage conditions per supplier requirements.
- Calculate the resources needed to run a lean material flow (workload, headcount, equipment, etc.).
- Estimate Capex (transport and storage equipment), headcount and space needed for Raw Material / Semi-Finished Goods / Finished Goods warehouses.
- Prepare and maintain in CAO eKanban the MIN-MAX level calculations for cut wires and preassembly products.
- Support bundle size definition and plan the run-in/run-out of circuits and sub-assemblies. What We're Looking For
- Engineer / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering / Logistics or equivalent.
- About 1 year of experience is appreciated.
- Language: French & English.
- IT: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
