About the Role The Specialist, Manufacturing – AI-Enabled Innovation (IVI) is an individual contributor within the Amgen India Capability Center (AIN) who designs, develops, and deploys digital and data-enabled solutions for Amgen’s manufacturing network. In the startup phase, the role supports site deployment of core TWFS manufacturing capabilities, drives transition readiness, knowledge transfer, stabilization, and adoption of new ways of working. In steady state, this role operates within the Innovation Velocity Interface (IVI) to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation—from intake and requirements definition through MVP development and scaling. The role combines deep manufacturing domain expertise with the ability to bridge SMEs and technical development teams, ensuring solutions are technically sound, compliant, and scalable across sites.
