About the Role The Specialist Manufacturing – Process Owner serves as the technical process steward within Amgen North Carolina's Manufacturing Support organization. You will act as the key interface between Manufacturing Operations and support functions, owning technical processes, providing floor support, and driving operational readiness and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical process owner for assigned manufacturing processes, equipment, and unit operations.
- Provide manufacturing floor support, troubleshooting, and hypercare during routine operations, process changes, startup activities, and first-time executions.
- Support operational readiness activities including water runs, dry runs, equipment readiness verification, and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) testing support.
