Specialist I, CVS Operations Converse China

Role Purpose

Support the day-to-day operation of the Value channel, including expense and payment processing, store operational needs, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Expense & Payment Management

• Manage end-to-end expense and payment processes for the Value channel via the company payment system

• Review documents for accuracy, submit payments on time, and track through completion

• Monitor overall expense status, flag exceptions, and follow up with stakeholders

• Keep payment records well organized for reconciliation and audit readiness

• Store Operations Support

• Support stores with contract review, approval, signing, and company-seal processes

• Act as the coordination point between store managers and internal functions

• Collect and consolidate store and employee information accurately and on time

• Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with operations vendors on services, contracts, and project follow-up

• Track milestones and open items; escalate risks early

• Team Support

• Provide day-to-day support to the Value channel team, including meeting coordination

• Support ad hoc projects and look for ways to simplify processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; business, finance, retail, or related field preferred

• Experience in retail operations, finance operations, payment processing, or store support preferred

• Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills with a service mindset

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with payment or workflow systems is a plus

• Fluent Chinese; basic business English preferred
