About the Role The Specialist for Microbiological Analyses at ALS Global in Poznan, Poland, is responsible for performing microbiological analyses on food and environmental samples, preparing test reports, handling sample preparation, and maintaining quality records in an accredited laboratory. You’ll work with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and administration to ensure high-quality testing and data-driven insights.
What You'll Do
- Performing test readings
- Preparing test reports
- Preparing samples for testing in accordance with accepted procedures
- Performing microbiological analyses of food and environmental samples in accordance with implemented standards
- Keeping records related to the course of analyses
- Supervising measurement and research equipment
- Participating in the verification of new methods
- Participating in proficiency testing
- Cooperating with the sales department, customer service, and administration
- Contacting customers
- Maintaining the quality guidelines applied in an accredited laboratory
