About the Role Endeavor is seeking a Specialist to be a strategic growth partner for high-impact entrepreneurs in Brazil. You will activate Endeavor's local and global network to help founders solve growth challenges, diagnose business performance, and translate insights into actionable plans that accelerate scale.
You will manage a portfolio of mature, high-potential companies and work closely with mentors, investors and internal teams to unlock real value for leaders and their organizations.
What You'll Do
- Act as strategic growth partner for high-impact entrepreneurs, supporting key business challenges through activation of the Endeavor network.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 10-12 mature growth companies with high autonomy, leading the entrepreneur relationship end-to-end.
- Support Team Lead and Team Specialist with more mature portfolio and guide Associates in day-to-day operations.
- Conduct deep diagnostics of companies, analyzing business models, financial metrics, and identifying growth bottlenecks.
- Structure and execute tailored plans, linking strategic challenges to practical solutions via mentors, investors and experts.
- Perform high-quality matchings between entrepreneurs and mentors, ensuring context, preparation and real impact.
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with founders as a strategic partner, not just an executor.
- Lead Kick-Offs, checkpoints and deliverables directly with entrepreneurs.
- Navigate and activate Endeavor's local and global network to ensure best connections for each context.
- Prioritize and manage a complex portfolio under pressure, balancing depth of support with scalable delivery.
- Produce analyses and materials on companies and markets with clear diagnosis and recommended paths.
- Support the development of junior team members, serving as a technical reference and raising delivery quality.
- Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives that improve products, processes and the entrepreneur experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of area processes using AI to increase efficiency, scale and quality.
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional experience with exposure to business, strategy or startup/VC ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities, including reading financial and operational metrics.
- Knowledge of business models, company growth and dynamics of the tech/innovation ecosystem.
- Ability to structure complex problems and propose autonomous paths.
- Experience managing multiple demands/projects simultaneously, with clear prioritization and organization.
- Advanced English (interaction with global network; reading materials and participation in meetings in English).
- Availability for domestic and international short-term travel.
- Familiarity with management, analysis and productivity tools.
