Specialist Customer Service - (m/f/d / All Genders Welcome)
Location: Trudovetz
Your Role
As our Specialist Customer Service, you will:
- Planning and monitoring the transport schedule for the shipment of finished goods.
- Control the export preparation process: tracking timely product manufacturing, compiling lists of planned export products and quantities, and promptly notifying the relevant personnel.
- Receives and processes customer orders and monitors their fulfillment. Manages all related documentation and assists in providing documents required by the customer.
- Maintains the accuracy of and updates master data—including customer, material, and pricing information—within the integrated management system (SAP)
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Еconomic/technical education
- SAP knowledge
- Logistics experience in automotive preferred
- English
