The Special Operations Manager (SOM) temporarily fills the role of General Manager at assigned hotel locations during transitions such as vacancies, acquisitions, or performance turnarounds. This field-based leadership role requires travel up to 90% and full responsibility for property operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction to stabilize properties and position them for long-term success. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the assigned property, ensuring service excellence, safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, resolve service issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
- Conduct curb-to-room property walks to assess maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk performance.
- Recruit, train, and lead property staff during the assignment.
