Special Needs Nanny Manager for a Family near Riverside

Georgia's Dream Nannies, Inc.
Atlanta, Georgia Posted Oct 20, 2026
Full-time

About this role

Want a role where your patience and creativity make a real difference for a toddler with autism and a baby who's just getting started? A family near Riverside is seeking a dependable, proactive Nanny Manager to care for their toddler, who has autism, and their six-month-old baby. This role is a great fit for someone who loves supporting development, thrives on routine, and takes pride in keeping a household organized.

With the children, you'll support developmental milestones through sensory activities, outdoor play, and reading. You'll also keep daily routines consistent, handle infant feedings and naps, and drive to and from school several days a week. Experience with, or real comfort supporting, a child with autism is important.

While the children are at school or resting, you'll take care of family laundry, dishes, light housekeeping, organizing diaper stations, and keeping household supplies stocked. Meal prep, cooking, and occasional errands are a plus.

The family is looking for someone honest, patient, and a clear communicator. Because Mom works on-call shifts, flexibility is a must. You'll need to be available when school is closed and on call during certain weekends and weeks throughout the year.

Schedule

Monday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Tuesday – Thursday: 6:15 AM – 10:15 AM and 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Every other Saturday, or as needed: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation: $30 per hour

( Mom is on call 7weeks/weekends a year and you would need to be able to be on call during those times)
